Did not get the trial license key

I signed up for a trial for the professional version but haven't received the license key for it! Please help...

Hi Sameen, I cannot see any trial requests under your account. Can you please try applying again using a work email address? - https://portswigger.net/burp/pro/trial

Same here, I have registered twice and I did not receive the license key on my first registration but I received an email stating "unable to approve your request". Anyone help will be good. Thanks in advance.

Hi, We have now approved your Burp Professional trial license so you should be able to access the software and license key from your user account on portswigger.net.

Hi Ala, Which email address have you tried to sign up to the trial with?
