Cannot access the web security lab

I can not access any lab on your website using Microsoft Edge. When i click "Access the lab", it shows the error message is "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT". I tried another device and browser but they have the same issue. Can you support me. Thank you!

Hi Nguyen, This looks to be working and we can launch labs successfully - are you still having this issue?

Me too. I'm located in south africa and I'm using a 5G provider called RAIN. Is the issue at the provider level?

Hi Nzanoa, We have had a few issues with the Web Academy in the past week or so but these have been transient issues and should only have impacted users for a brief period of time (we are still investigating the cause of this). If you are having consistent issues with launching labs, over a long period of time, then that would suggest the issue lies elsewhere.

Thanks for the response. It's all good now, I think you resolved it. But I suggest you find an easy to help users retrieve their own forum post... I'm have been wasting time searching for my own post to give you this follow up. I have another request but I'll prefer to email it to you cause I don't wanna go through the same thing.
