Burp Suite Enterprise: There was a problem checking your license

Hello, We’ve migrated our BSE instance over to Azure (from AWS) but running into activation problems when linking the license. Could this be because we’ve got the previous setup still running (and activated) on AWS? The error we get is 'There was a problem checking your license. Please download you license key from your account and try again.' The license key we are using, is the one downloaded from my account, but it's also possibly tied to the instance we have running on AWS. Until the migration to Azure is complete, we'd like to keep AWS up.
