Not able to activate the Burp Enterprise trial license

Hi Team, I've installed Burp Enterprise on a Linux instance that has an open internet connection and can successfully connect to https://*.portswigger.net:443. However, when attempting to activate the trial license, I encountered an error message stating "There was a problem checking your license." After researching this issue, it appears that having internet connectivity to portswigger.net on port 443 should enable license activation. Could you please assist me with resolving this matter? Thank you.
